One of the issues in the evolution of the humanities is the discussion of the impact of the beliefs and values of the universe on the science production process. Are the beliefs of the universe influencing the knowledge that it researches? There are two conflicting theories among scholars. Some believe that a scientist's value system and beliefs have no effect on the process of producing science, and some believe that a researcher's beliefs and beliefs are expressed in his works. In this study, the theory of those who believe in the influence of beliefs and values in the production of science is strengthened by the analysis of the Qur'anic verses, and it is concluded that from the Qur'anic point of view, the value system and beliefs of the world are influential in his scientific output.And the humanities cannot be separated from the value system and the mental system of researchers and researchers. The emphasis of the verses of the Qur'an on the interplay of actions, attitudes, and insights with one another illustrates the fact that human perceptions are not interrupted by his values and his values are not independent of his perceptions.
